Hedgehogs are cool

We started the new year with a discussion about and Invitation to a Beheading
which sounded a bit Third Policeman, and the potboiler The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo
(feminist hero or 50 year old man’s fantasy?)

The book for next time is The Elegance of the Hedgehog by Muriel Barbery.

The date for the next meeting is the 3rd of Feb (4 weeks this time to avoid clashing with Clapham Book Group) meeting in Mango Landin from 7.30ish – new members welcome!

Spiders, violins and dragons.

Runners up were: The Help, The Moonstone (free on ebooks), When We Were Orphans,
I Capture The Castle, The Northern Clemency and Jeff in Venice Death in Varanasi.
